OGDEN SIERRA CLUB

Wheatgrass Canyon Hike: Saturday. We’ve seen it in the winter. Now, let’s see it in the summer. It is located in the South Fork of Weber County. It is moderate — about six miles round-trip — and about 3.5 hours. It is a narrow canyon with interesting rock formations, high canyon walls, forested slopes, and a stream. We will need to cross the stream, which may have moderate to high water, a few times. We may also spot moose, deer, elk, and eagles. Call Larry at 801-690-4335.
